Privacy Policy

Gravity Falls Entertainment runs this site. This page says what we collect, why, and how to get it removed. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. There are two forms.

• Request the Package. Your name, email, company, the role you pick, and anything you write in the note field.
• Start a Project. Your name, email, phone, the project type you pick, and your message.

Both forms also record the date and time you sent them. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.

What we do not collect

• No cookies. This site sets none.
• No advertising or cross site tracking of any kind.
• No accounts, no passwords, no payment details. We never ask for them here.
• Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page here does not tell any font company that you visited.

If we ever measure traffic, we use server side counts of page requests. Those counts do not identify you and are not tied to a person.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and are emailed to Gravity Falls Entertainment addresses running on Google Workspace. Netlify and Google act as our service providers. Nobody else receives your submission.

Why we hold it

To answer you. That is the only reason. We use it to reply, to send the material you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

How long we keep it

Business enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can pick a conversation back up. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

Write to info@gravityfallsent.com and we will, within 30 days:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct anything wrong
• delete it
• send you a copy

You will never be treated differently for asking. If you are in California, the UK, or the European Union, these are rights you already have under your own law, and this is how you use them here.

Children

This site is for business use. It is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Other sites

We link to exgratiaalpha.com, thefetusfilm.com, weloveleimert.la and other places. Once you leave this site, that site’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted connection. Form submissions travel encrypted. No system is perfect, so we do not promise perfection, but we do not ask for sensitive information here and we do not store any.

Changes

If this policy changes we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
